## Product 1: MVP Experience (back-office layer)

Layers on top of an existing booking system (Bookeo, Xola). Customer-facing booking flow does not change. Adds the operator tools: GM Console, smart review routing, native waivers, campaigns, escape-room reports, time clock, photo delivery, and 10+ other operator-only features.
